XRPL
Everything you need to know about XRPL compliance — XRP legal status, native features, and custody implementations.
Payment rails on XRPL
Two provider families structure the XRPL payment ecosystem: (1) native rails (direct settlement on XRP/RLUSD or first-class XRP support on the on-ramp side), and (2) chain-agnostic compatible rails (stablecoin orchestration that could route via XRPL liquidity). Travel Rule compliance messaging is covered on the dedicated KYC / AML page.

2Chain-agnostic compatible rails(13)
Stablecoin orchestration across multiple chains. Not XRPL-native today, but can route via XRPL/RLUSD (interop via stablecoin liquidity) — particularly relevant for LATAM, Africa, and B2B corridor flows.
Hosted fiat → USDC onramp. Acquired Bridge ($1.1B, Oct 2024) for stablecoin payment APIs. Card → stablecoin in one flow.
XRPL angle: No XRPL-native integration today; stablecoin pipes (USDC, USDB) are EVM-anchored. Worth watching post-Bridge.

Travel Rule compliance (FATF R.16)
VASP-to-VASP messaging (originator/beneficiary data) — chain-agnostic, required as soon as a transfer leaves to another VASP. The vendor list (Notabene, Sumsub Travel Rule, etc.) is centralised on the KYC / AML page alongside chain analytics, sanctions and identity KYC.
See the KYC / AML page →Historic Ripple ODL corridor partners
Mentioned for completeness, not yet detailed here: Tranglo (APAC corridors), Onafriq (formerly MFS Africa), SBI Remit (Japan, long-time Ripple partner), Novatti (Australia), Pyypl (MENA, mobile-first). These operators use XRP as a bridge asset on specific corridors via the Ripple Payments suite.
Will be added to the detailed list if user demand surfaces.
The report applies a licensing filter (with EU passporting heuristic) on your selected jurisdictions. Pick the on/off-ramp or cross-border-payment activity to surface the section.
See partners by jurisdiction →Public information — not a recommendation. Verify current local licences and XRPL/RLUSD support with each provider before integration.
