Is your token a 'payment stablecoin' — designed to maintain stable value (typically pegged 1:1 to USD) and used for payments / transfers ?

💡 GENIUS targets payment stablecoins specifically (USDC, USDT, RLUSD on XRPL, PYUSD…). Not yield-bearing, not algorithmic, not commodity-backed. Tokens with security characteristics fall under SEC instead.
